The 1,800 TEU feeder takes the fleet to eight vessels and 398,300 DWT, and adds container tonnage alongside our bulk and tanker segments.
SAILOR CONCORD, a 2017-built 1,800 TEU geared container feeder, was taken under full technical and crew management on 18 September following a six-week takeover process.
The takeover included a full condition survey in Singapore, migration of the planned maintenance system, a complete crew change to company-employed officers and ratings, and verification of all class and statutory certificates. The vessel continues on a fixed-period charter to a regional liner operator without interruption to her schedule.
With her addition the managed fleet stands at eight vessels totalling 398,300 DWT across dry bulk, tanker and container segments.
