Spares, stores, lubricants and services are purchased through a controlled requisition workflow with a minimum of three quotations above threshold. Prices are benchmarked against fleet history, and owner nominated suppliers are honoured without margin.
Stock levels for critical spares are defined per vessel rather than per fleet, so a ship trading in West Africa does not carry the same inventory assumptions as one on an intra-Asia rotation.
