HSEQ & Compliance

Safety is the product

An owner buys three things from a ship manager: a ship that trades, a crew that stays, and a system that stands up to inspection. This page is the third one, in numbers.

Twelve-month performance

Our safety management system is certified to the ISM Code and audited annually by flag administrations and class. It is written to be used at sea, not to pass an audit: procedures are short, checklists are owned by the people who sign them, and every finding is tracked to closure with a named owner and a date.

Management system

Six disciplines that run on every ship, every day

01

Planned maintenance & condition monitoring

Every vessel runs a class-approved PMS with vibration, lube-oil and performance trending reviewed ashore each month.

02

Incident reporting & near-miss culture

A minimum near-miss reporting expectation per vessel per month, reviewed by the DPA and fed back to the fleet as lessons learned.

03

Emergency response & drills

24/7 DPA hotline, annual full-scale shore exercise with owners and P&I, and a tabletop drill every quarter.

04

Environmental compliance

CII and EEXI monitoring, MARPOL Annex I–VI procedures, garbage and ballast water management verified at every attendance.

05

Cyber security at sea

IMO 2021-aligned cyber risk management covering ECDIS, machinery networks and crew connectivity.

06

Vetting & inspection readiness

Pre-arrival self-inspection, SIRE 2.0 and RightShip preparation, with findings closed before the next port.

Certification & class

Audited, certified, and open to inspection

Certificates and audit reports are available to owners, charterers and financiers on request.
