Newbuilding & Conversion Supervision
Site teams at the yard from steel cutting to delivery, protecting specification, schedule and residual value.
We place a resident site team at the shipyard covering hull, machinery, outfitting and electrical, supported ashore by plan approval review and maker-list negotiation. The brief is simple: the ship you pay for is the ship you receive, and it is a ship we would be willing to manage afterwards.
Deliverables include weekly progress and photo reports, punch-list management through to close-out, sea trial and gas trial attendance, and a full handover pack with as-built drawings, spare inventory and warranty register.
